Batch Delivery: Four WTEYA 4021 Desalination Units Head to the US, Greece, Colombia and Peru

WTEYA 4021 desalination units batch delivery

A full batch of WTEYA 4021 portable seawater desalination systems has left the Jingshan manufacturing base after completing factory testing. This consignment covers four units bound for clients in the United States, Greece, Colombia and Peru — a mix of coastal properties, island operators and small industrial users who need reliable fresh water without building a fixed plant.

🌍 Four Destinations, One Proven Platform

The four units share the same 4021 platform, so a single production run serves clients spread across three continents. Standardising on one model keeps spare parts, membranes and operating procedures identical from the Caribbean coast to the Aegean.

Each unit produces 4,021 gallons per day (about 15 m³/day) of fresh water, reaches a 99.5% salt rejection rate and holds product-water TDS below 200 ppm. The high-pressure RO stage is sized for seawater rather than brackish feed, so salinity swings between sites do not change the core design.

⚙️ Full Factory Acceptance Test Before Dispatch

Every 4021 unit is assembled and then wet-tested on site. The team runs each machine on real seawater, logs pressure, flow and TDS readings, and confirms the product water meets specification before the unit is released for packing.

Energy demand sits at 3 to 4 kWh per cubic metre of fresh water, which keeps running costs predictable for clients facing some of the highest electricity tariffs in the Caribbean and southern Europe.

📦 Crating, Loading and Sea Freight

Each machine is bolted to a wooden base, wrapped against salt air and moisture, and packed with spare cartridges and a commissioning manual. Units are then consolidated into containers for sea freight.

Because the four countries sit on different shipping lanes, dispatch is staged. Standard production and delivery lead time is 30 to 60 days from order confirmation, with documentation prepared for each destination’s customs regime.

🏝️ What Each Client Gets on Arrival

The US client is supplying a coastal property where municipal water is either unavailable or unreliable. The Greek unit serves an island site that faces seasonal demand peaks. The Colombian and Peruvian units cover coastal operations where local water is scarce or too saline to use directly.

All four orders include remote support, commissioning guidance and a documented maintenance schedule. The same 4021 portable desalination machine platform can be configured for containerised or solar-assisted operation where grid power is limited.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

What is the daily output of a 4021 unit?
Each 4021 system produces 4,021 gallons, or roughly 15 m³ of fresh water per day.

How much power does it consume?
Typical consumption is 3 to 4 kWh per cubic metre of product water, depending on feed salinity and temperature.

What water quality can I expect?
Salt rejection is 99.5%, with product-water TDS held below 200 ppm.
