WTEYA Delivers Three 4021 Seawater Desalination Units to a French Coastal Client

A coastal client in France has taken delivery of three WTEYA 4021 portable seawater desalination units. The order was packed and shipped from the Jingshan manufacturing base and is now on its way to the customer's site, where the compact systems will turn seawater into drinking-quality fresh water for a remote coastal operation.

📦 The Order: Three Units, One Coastal Site

The client needed a self-contained water supply at a coastal location where a piped network is not practical. After reviewing several options, the customer selected the WTEYA 4021, a portable machine designed for exactly this situation. Three units were ordered in a single batch so the site would have output redundancy and room to scale.

Each unit sits on a footprint of roughly one shipping pallet, which keeps transport and on-site placement simple. Delivery from confirmed order to shipment fell inside the standard 30–60 day window.

⚙️ Configuration and Performance

Every 4021 unit in the batch produces 4,021 gallons (about 15 m³) of fresh water per day. Salt rejection reaches 99.5%, and the product water holds a TDS below 200 ppm — within the range expected of drinking water.

Energy demand stays modest at 3–4 kWh per cubic metre, which keeps running costs predictable for a site with limited power. The units arrive pre-assembled and factory-tested, so commissioning is a matter of connection rather than construction.

🚚 From the Jingshan Plant to France

The three machines were built at WTEYA's Jingshan smart manufacturing base in Hubei, a 30,000 m² facility that has been the group's core production centre for close to two decades. Each unit passed a full function test on the factory floor before packing.

The systems were crated with membranes, piping and control panels protected for the sea voyage. Shipping documents and spare-part kits were prepared in the same batch, so the client receives a complete consignment in one delivery.
