SocialFlow is operated by Hubei Wteya Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. It is for internal use only by our staff to manage customer inquiries and messages from authorized social media accounts.
1. Information We Process
When you use relevant features, SocialFlow may process information from authorized social platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, including customer usernames and account identifiers, private message content and attachments, as well as related customer service records.
2. Purposes of Information Use
The foregoing information is used to receive and respond to inquiries, assign customer service agents, organize customer records and maintain system security. When AI translation or reply assistance is enabled, necessary message content may be transmitted to the corresponding service providers for processing.
3. Information Protection and Sharing
We protect information through measures including access permission controls. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers that are necessary to deliver the relevant services. We do not sell personal information, nor use it for advertising and marketing unrelated to customer support.
4. Information Retention
We retain information only for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes stated above, and carry out deletion or retention in accordance with business needs, user deletion requests and applicable legal requirements.
5. Data Deletion and Contact
You may send an email to connect@wteya.com to request access, correction or deletion of relevant personal information stored in SocialFlow. We will process your request after identity verification and notify you of the result by email.

Deleting data within SocialFlow will not remove your social media account or the original messages on the social platform.
