Happy Mid-Autumn Festival from WTEYA: Holiday Notice and Service Arrangements

The Mid-Autumn Festival falls on 25 September this year, and on behalf of everyone at WTEYA we wish our clients, partners and colleagues a happy festival and a warm reunion with family. Please find our holiday arrangements below.

Holiday Dates: 25 – 27 September 2026

WTEYA offices and the Jingshan smart manufacturing base will observe the Mid-Autumn holiday from 25 to 27 September 2026, a total of three days, returning to normal operation on Monday 28 September.

Production planning at the Jingshan plant was adjusted in advance, so orders scheduled before the holiday will not be delayed.

Service Coverage During the Holiday

Duty rosters have been set at every WTEYA site so that client projects continue to move. Engineers are assigned to active project sites according to client requirements, and commissioning or maintenance visits can be arranged in advance through your account manager.

Our service hotline remains open throughout the holiday. For urgent technical support or spare parts, contact your dedicated account manager directly, or reach us by phone, email or WhatsApp and we will respond as quickly as possible.

Delivery Schedules and Spare Parts

Standard delivery time stays at 30 to 60 days and pre-planned production is unaffected. Orders placed during the holiday will have their delivery counted from 28 September. Spare-part shipments follow holiday logistics arrangements, with expedited handling available for urgent cases.
