Technical principle of

 

The principle of triple-effect evaporator technology is based on multiple stages of evaporation and heat reuse to improve overall energy efficiency and production efficiency.
First, a triple-effect evaporator is a system composed of three evaporators in series. During operation, the pressure and solution boiling point of each subsequent effect are lower than that of the previous effect, so that the secondary steam produced by the previous effect can be used as a heating medium for the next effect. In other words, the heating chamber of the after-effect is actually the condenser of the pre-effect secondary steam. In general, the first effect requires the consumption of raw steam to provide heat, while the subsequent second and third effects rely mainly on the secondary steam generated by the previous effect for heating.

The condensate of the first effect is returned to the heat source, while the condensate of the other effects is pooled and exported as desalinated water.
