1. Portable seawater desalination plant

WTEYA integrated seawater desalination plant uses pretreatment + high-pressure reverse osmosis process to filter particulate matter, suspended matter, salts, etc. in the water, thereby achieving the purpose of seawater desalination. The equipment has a complete pre-treatment system and energy-saving water supply system, which can remotely monitor the water quality. 2. Portable  domestic sewage treatment plant

Installation and maintenance of portable sewage water treatment plant

 

1. Foundation:

If the integrated domestic sewage treatment plant is placed above the floor, only a concrete floor with the same shape as the equipment is needed as the foundation. The foundation pressure must be greater than 4T/m2, and it must also be level and flat.

If the equipment is buried below the floor, the foundation elevation must be less than or equal to the equipment elevation and ensure that there is no water accumulation during rain. The foundation is generally plain concrete (whether it is reinforced depends on the local geological conditions).

 

2. Installation:

According to the installation drawing, each box is in place in turn. The position and direction of the box cannot be wrong. The spacing between each other must be accurate, and the pipes must be connected.

Inject clean water into the equipment and check whether there is leakage in each pipe. If not, cover the box with soil around it until the equipment inspection hole, and level the ground. Connect the control line of the electric control box to the water pump, and the electric control box to the power supply. When wiring, pay attention to the direction of the fan and motor, which must be the same as the direction of the fan.
